Citrus-Olive Oil Vinaigrette
2/3 cup Olive oil
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Orange Juice
1/2t Oregano
1/2t Basil
1/2t Rosemary
1 Clove
Garlic
- Crush the garlic clove, but leave it in tact.
- Add all ingredients to a bottle and
shake well.
- Leave the dressing sit for about 1 hour for the flavors to mix. Pour and toss over
salad just prior to serving.
Black
Bean Dip
1 ~ 15 oz can black beans, rinsed
and drained
1 ~ 14-16 oz
jar of your favorite salsa
1t
ground cumin
1t chili powder
- Mix all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Use a stick blender (emersion blender) or food processor to blend mixture until smooth. Serve hot with tortilla
chips or veggies such as carrot sticks or celery.
